Christian Wylie LLC provides residential construction and remodeling services, including custom home building, home additions, kitchen remodeling, basement finishing, roofing, siding, windows, decks, pole barns and garages, and demolition, for homeowners in Detroit and the surrounding Metro Detroit area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary for safety or legal reasons.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered during the project.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside the website. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.
4. Appointments and Access
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property. Pets and hazards must be secured before work begins. No cancellation window applies unless otherwise agreed.
5. Privacy
