Michigan does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law in effect. A bill, the Personal Data Privacy Act (SB 758), is pending in the Michigan Legislature. If enacted, it would apply only to businesses that process the personal data of at least 100,000 Michigan consumers in a year, or at least 25,000 consumers while deriving revenue from the sale of personal data. Our business does not meet these thresholds and would not be covered. Should the law take effect and apply to us, residents of Michigan would gain the right to confirm, access, correct, and delete their personal data, and we would update this policy accordingly.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
